  • Initial face-to-face evaluation in the geographical location where the employee lives or works
     
  • A national network of Substance Abuse Professionals and Substance Abuse Specialists serving to meet the varying expectations of DOT-regulated and non-regulated testing programs
     
  • SAP providers under DOT, 49 CFR Part 40, meet completely the requirements and the qualifications of the DOT-mandated testing program
     
  • Matching of each employee case to the appropriate substance abuse provider
     
  • Professional determination of the need for education and/or treatment
     
  • Coordination of all aspects of each employee's recommended program concluding in program completion
     
  • Referral sources to appropriate education or treatment as recommended from the initial evaluation
     
  • Ongoing case monitoring and program compliance status reporting
     
  • Follow-up face-to-face evaluation at the conclusion of assistance program
     
  • Follow-up testing plan recommendations, as required by DOT and/or organizational policy
