Initial face-to-face evaluation in the geographical location where the employee lives or works
A national network of Substance Abuse Professionals and Substance Abuse Specialists serving to meet the varying expectations of DOT-regulated and non-regulated testing programs
SAP providers under DOT, 49 CFR Part 40, meet completely the requirements and the qualifications of the DOT-mandated testing program
Matching of each employee case to the appropriate substance abuse provider
Professional determination of the need for education and/or treatment
Coordination of all aspects of each employee's recommended program concluding in program completion
Referral sources to appropriate education or treatment as recommended from the initial evaluation
Ongoing case monitoring and program compliance status reporting
Follow-up face-to-face evaluation at the conclusion of assistance program
Follow-up testing plan recommendations, as required by DOT and/or organizational policy
Documentation to the employee of program completion
